Major journals seek dismissal of US antitrust claims over academic publishing

They said the proposed plaintiff class of scholars fail to plead the existence of any agreements to a conspiracy, and even if they had, they fail to plead that an agreement harmed competition in a relevant antitrust market, according to court documents.See attached document....
