Apple reports acquisition of some staff and assets of AI company Pointable

The acquisition, disclosed today on the commission's website, was notified by Apple to comply with its obligations as a digital gatekeeper under the EU Digital Markets Act. Apple has reported to the European Commission that it "will acquire certain assets from and hire certain North American-based employees of Pointable Inc," according to a notice published on the website of the European Commission....
