US Congress reintroduces sweeping bipartisan patent eligibility, PTAB reform bills

Both the Patent Eligibility Restoration Act and the PREVAIL Act have support in the Senate Judiciary Committee, but face a long road ahead toward advancement in the House. Members of Congress gathered today outside the Capitol Building to mark the reintroduction of two patent bills which look to codify Section 101 patent eligibility and reform the Patent Trial and Appeal Board....
