WhatsApp lawyers press NSO executives on deployment of 'invisible' Pegasus spyware

A US federal jury heard NSO Group Technologies senior executives describe today how they built a copy of WhatsApp’s software to learn how to use the messaging app to secretly deliver its spyware to smartphones around the world, transforming them into all-seeing surveillance probes....
