J&K Bank wins antitrust case as Indian watchdog cites limits of competition law

The CCI dismissed claims by two individuals who alleged that J&K Bank violated antitrust laws through agreements requiring employees of various government bodies and universities to hold salary accounts with the bank, and by establishing exclusive financing arrangements with auto dealers.
