Pork producers, Agri Stats seek quick appeal in US price-fixing case

They argued that there are significant grounds for difference of opinion as to whether the evidence regarding Agri Stats’s role in the alleged conspiracy tips the scale in favor of plaintiffs and whether a defendant subscribed to the Agri Stats sales reports was the decisive factor in whether its motion for summary judgment was granted or denied.See attached files....
