Judges back EU’s approach in Russian fertilizer dispute; refer case for further review
By Joanna Sopinska ( April 30, 2025, 14:08 GMT | Insight) -- The European Commission today scored a partial victory in a legal battle concerning the extension of anti-dumping duties on ammonium nitrate imports from Russian fertilizer makers. The EU's highest court ruled that the General Court was incorrect in deciding that the commission couldn't consider additional evidence submitted after the deadline during the expiry review proceedings.
