Florida, other states say Trump lawfully removed US FTC members

"Plaintiffs Rebecca Kelly Slaughter and Alvaro M. Bedoya challenge President Trump’s authority to remove them from their presidentially appointed positions as Commissioners of the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”)," the states wrote in their brief opposing Slaughter and Bedoya's motion for summary judgment.
