Insulet wins US global injunction against EOFlow in trade secret suit

( April 28, 2025, 14:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A US District of Massachusetts judge granted Insulet Corp.'s motion for a permanent injunction against EOFlow Co. over trade secret misappropriation claims. Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV wrote that the global scope will prevent any future misappropriation and avoids the risk of EOFlow selling Insulet information to foreign companies. EOFlow previously warned that such an injunction could "kill" the company. Saylor also included limited carve outs for current patients using EOFlow's “EOPatch 2” insulin patch device.See the order attached....
