Provi, Republic National Distribution Company settle US antitrust claims

( April 24, 2025, 23:23 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Provi told a US federal judge that it has reached an agreement with defendant Republic National Distribution Company to resolve Provi's antitrust claims over an alleged duopoly with Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits and unlawful conduct in the markets for distribution of distilled spirits. Provi and RNDC have agreed to stay discovery and moved the court to enter an order doing the same for a period of 60 days while the parties negotiate a definitive agreement, according to a status report filed to the Northern District of Illinois.
