ServiceNow to pull, refile US paperwork for Moveworks buy; no more questions from CMA

The company also said that the United Kingdom’s Competition and Market Authority has no more questions about the $2.85 billion transaction. An informal notification for pre-assessment to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission was also submitted this month.
