Thailand PDPC starts survey on cross-border data transfer mechanisms

The survey is part of an activity focused on developing personal data protection laws at the international level, and is part of the regulator's national legal development project on data protection. Information gathered will be used to improve legal mechanisms governing cross-border data transfers. Businesses that handle personal data transfers across borders are encouraged to take part and contribute to shaping future regulations.
