Headwater, tipped off by anonymous package, says AT&T stole software solution

The smoking gun in yesterday’s complaint is the same wielded by Headwater in previous lawsuits against the mobile carrier: an internal presentation by AT&T identifying its new software agent as a “replacement” for the solutions disclosed by ItsOn under NDA. Headwater, licensor for ItsOn, says it received a copy of the presentation anonymously in 2010.Prolific patent litigant and nonpracticing entity Headwater Research has again turned its attention to AT&T....
