The system, donated by the Korea International Cooperation Agency, or KOICA, will provide a faster, simpler and more secure reporting process, according to PCC Chair Michael Aguinaldo. Members of the public will be able to directly submit reports and upload documents via the PCC website as opposed to currently requiring users to email requests for SharePoint access, wait for PCC staff to create dedicated folders and receive login details.
