The Korea Communications Commission said 47 telecommunications service providers have been selected for the 2025 assessment, which aims to prevent user harm and ensure prompt handling of complaints. Temu, Coupang Eats and Tving are among the six companies newly added to the evaluation roster this year. The regulator will assess management systems, regulatory compliance, harm-prevention activities, complaint handling and other user-protection measures, with new indicators for platform-vendor issues such as transaction settlements and protection against malicious reviews.
