Judge Julie Rubin said Gilead adequately pled that Santulli is the “moving force” behind an “international infringement scheme” which saw US patients’ prescriptions filled with foreign-made Gilead-branded medications.Gregory Santulli must face a trademark infringement lawsuit filed by Gilead Sciences over illegally imported medications, a US District of Maryland judge ruled Friday....
