Thailand's deputy prime minister to lead tariff negotiations with US on April 23

Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra emphasized that national and public interests must come first in the talks, which will focus on trade. She instructed the negotiating team to make every effort to achieve fairness for both sides in terms of international trade and the private sector, which plays an important role in bringing made-in-Thailand products to the US and global markets.
