In a letter to Musk's lawyers, Supervising Deputy Attorney General Caitlin Noble said Musk's request does not serve the overall public interest of Californians. Musk and Shivon Zilis, Noble said, do not explain "how that action would affect ‘wealthy tech executives’ other than themselves.
