DOJ files complaint against clothing company for failing to pay customs duties

The complaint, filed in the Eastern District of California, alleges Barco Uniforms Inc, along with Kenny and David Chan, who own clothing supply companies, employed a double-invoicing scheme with false entry summaries to avoid the duties.
