Efficient Power Conversion to seek Director Review of IPR at US PTAB

( April 17, 2025, 18:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: California-based semiconductor company Efficient Power Conversion is asking for a 14-day extension of its deadline to seek Director Review of an inter partes review, or IPR, which cancelled as obvious all challenged claims of its gallium nitride patent.  According to EPC, the IPR should have never taken place in view of parallel proceedings at the US International Trade Commission.See attached document....
