US District Judge Charles R. Breyer said that even if ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm software intercepts the contents of communications in real time and stores the recording on a server that ActiveProspect employees can access, nothing in the record plausibly indicates that ActiveProspect reads or attempts to read the contents of the communication while they are in transit.See attached file. ...
