USITC preliminarily finds injury of chassis imports from Vietnam, Thailand, Mexico

( April 17, 2025, 13:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US International Trade Commission has preliminarily determined there is a reasonable indication that an industry is injured by chassis and subassembly imports from Vietnam, Thailand and Mexico. USITC said in a Federal Register notice it is now launching its final phase investigation.
