( April 16, 2025, 14:06 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Steel and aluminum, textiles, furniture, tires and mattresses are the products to be prioritized over the next five years in ecodesign and energy labeling requirements, according to a working plan adopted today by the European Commission. These products were chosen for their potential to contribute to the circular economy, the commission has said.
