EU cyber crisis response should involve governments more, draft compromise says

The new text outlines new cooperation structures among technical, operational and political actors at EU and national levels. A new EU "blueprint" for managing cyber crises needs to better clarify how technical, operational and political decisions are made when major EU-wide incidents break out, according to proposed amendments in a document seen by MLex....
