MiCamp files second amended US antitrust complaint against Visa policies

MiCamp alleges that Visa has made various policies and rules and penalties that it has enforced on independent sales organizations related to surcharging and cash discounting to hide its exorbitant transaction fees from consumers and avoid regulation. MiCamp seeks to enjoin Visa from continuing to assess penalties on ISOs for “non-compliant” processing activity of their merchants and “rectify the damages caused by Visa through that anticompetitive conduct.”See attached file. ...
