Familiar foes Netskope, Fortinet, will again square off over patents in US

Those demands prompted Netskope to seek a declaration of noninfringement in 2022, in litigation still winding its way through a California federal court. But yesterday’s filing lobs allegations of willful infringement at Fortinet, which Netskope says it only learned of while pursuing the declaratory judgment action.Fortinet yesterday was accused in an amended complaint of willfully infringing nine Netskope patents directed to network and computer security....
