US to withdraw from 2019 Mexican tomato agreement

The agreement had suspended an antidumping investigation of fresh tomatoes from Mexico so long as farmers complied with demands. But Commerce said in the press release that the deal has "failed to protect US tomato growers from unfairly priced Mexican imports."
