In filings with US court, Roku, foreign counsel, say Frand case should proceed

( April 10, 2025, 10:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Roku opposed a motion to dismiss or, alternatively, stay its US case against patentees Dolby International and Sun Patent Trust, along with patent pool administrator Access Advance, in which it seeks a declaration of fair, reasonable and nondiscriminatory terms to patents declared essential to the High Efficiency Video Coding standard.  A declaration in support of that opposition was filed by Roku's foreign counsel, Andreas Kramer.See attached documents....
