According to the regulator, the leak, which was connected to the company’s customer feedback system, did not involve financial or important data and only basic individual information was compromised. The PDPC is investigating the breach, which was detected on April 9, and has told Bangchak Corporation, one of Thailand’s major oil companies, to conduct an internal review and submit a report.
