US judge allows new DOGE member to access Treasury payment system

She denied a motion for reconsideration brought by a consortium of states, finding that the Privacy Act and E-Government Act were enacted to protect information pertaining to individuals, not states, and thus their claims fall outside the "zone of interests" protected under those laws.See attached ruling....
