US seeks $25 million in costs from Russian 'straw owner' of seized yacht

( April 10, 2025, 23:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US government asked a judge to order Russian businessman Eduard Khudainatov to pay more than $25 million in upkeep costs for the yacht he had claimed to own but was seized by prosecutors because it was in fact owned by a sanctioned oligarch.
