Czech, Austrian rail operators see EU antitrust decision on RegioJet boycott published

( April 11, 2025, 07:29 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Czech railway operator České Dráhy and its Austrian peer Österreichische Bundesbahnen today saw the European Commission issue the summary of its earlier decision to fine them a total of 48.7 million euros for preventing new entrant RegioJet from accessing used wagons. In October, the EU competition authority said the conduct restricted competition in the rail passenger transport market.
