Qube's acquisition of port-terminal operator Mirrat is cleared by Australian regulator

( April 10, 2025, 00:14 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The acquisition of Melbourne International RoRo & Auto Terminal at the Port of Melbourne by Qube Holdings through its wholly owned subsidiary Amalgamated Terminals has been granted conditional clearing by the Australian competition watchdog.
