Ruling on Motorola, Lenovo appeal in Ericsson probe postponed in Brazil

The companies alleged Ericsson abused its dominant position and created hurdles for obtaining licenses for access to 5G technology, but they have since entered into a global patent settlement with the company. The lead councilor in the case said he's delaying a decision until he gets more information from the parties.
