Brazil’s largest pharmacy chain seeks end to investigation of personal data misuse

The national data protection authority has also ordered the company to cease the use of biometric data in its benefits program.RaiaDrogasil, the leading pharmacy chain in Brazil, said in a March 26 response to the nation's data protection watchdog that it is in compliance with national data legislation and, therefore, shouldn’t be investigated....
