Hyatt sues USPTO again over 30-year-old patent application

Hyatt is seeking de novo consideration of his entitlement to a patent, citing long administrative delays by the US Patent and Trademark Office. Hyatt has filed multiple parallel suits, some of which have made their way to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. One of the US Patent and Trademark Office’s most frequent individual litigants filed a new suit against the office today, seeking an order instructing it to issue his 30-year-old application....
