EU's tech gatekeeper enforcement must aim to avoid delays, Virkkunen says

The European Commission is also engaged in "regulatory dialogue" with US tech companies to ensure compliance with digital laws, but won't hesitate to enforce the regulations. He comments follow US threats to retaliate if the EU enforces against US companies.
