Hungary illegally denied radio frequency's renewal, EU court opinion says

Rantos said the principles of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications, which state that the rights of use for radio frequencies must be assigned based on objective, transparent, non-discriminatory, and proportionate criteria, also apply to renewal decisions.Press release follows.
