US DOJ opposes postponement of trial for alleged erosion-control product conspiracy

"The Defendants’ Motion appears to be less about needing more time before trial overall, and more about having additional time with information the United States is not yet required to provide under the agreed-to Joint Scheduling Order entered in September 2024," the DOJ wrote in a court filing.
