Mixed summary judgment rendered in WebMD US trade secret, contract row

( March 31, 2025, 18:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A US judge said allegations WebMD breached a nondisclosure agreement it entered into with Medcenter Holdings and its subsidiaries in Argentina, Mexico and Brazil will proceed to trial, but the US-based health information provider will not face allegations of trade secret misappropriation.  According to US District Judge Andrew L. Carter of the Southern District of New York, the complaint by Medcenter was filed outside the three-year statute of limitations set forth in the Defend Trade Secrets Act.See attached document....
