Qatari melamine companies accuse US Commerce of incorrect subsidy calculations

( March 28, 2025, 15:22 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: Qatari-based producers of melamine said Commerce erred in calculating a subsidy rate based on the provision of electricity and provision of water programs, according to a new filing in the Court of International Trade challenging the federal agency's antisubsidy determination on melamine from Qatar.  Qatar Melamine Company and QatarEnergy Marketing also said Commerce incorrectly ascribed a land use grant as a subsidy.Complaint is attached....
