Attendo fined EUR1.5 million in Finland for obstructing dawn raid

The obstruction involved the deletion of messages from an employee’s work phone. This marks the first time such a fine has been imposed in Finland for this type of breach, according to the Finnish antitrust authority. Last year, the authority had requested a fine of 4.4 million euros.
