CBP asks US Commerce for investigation of Chinese chassis imports

( March 28, 2025, 18:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US Customs and Border Protection asked the Commerce Department for a determination on whether chassis imported from China by AXN evaded US antidumping duties. In the request, CBP said it has been unable to determine whether the merchandise in question, imported from Guangdong Fuwa Heavy Industries Co., is covered by antidumping and countervailing duty orders.See attached file....
