CIT rules for Commerce in wood flooring antisubsidy case
( March 27, 2025, 15:55 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The Court of International Trade ruled in favor of the US Department of Commerce for its 2018 antisubsidy administrative review on wood flooring from China. CIT Judge Timothy M. Reif ruled against challenges from two US importers and agreed with Commerce's calculation of plywood data. Reif also agreed with Commerce on a scope order, an adverse facts challenge, a value-added tax application and to voluntarily remand on two issues.Court document attached....
