Both sides trace their origins to the same Darmstadt, Germany, family apothecary founded in 1668 — but their businesses have been separated for over 100 years.The UK Court of Appeal left intact, today, a UK High Court judge’s determination that Merck & Co. and its subsidiary, Merck Sharp & Dohme, or MSD, wrongly referred to themselves as “Merck” online in the UK....
