By Andrew Boyce ( March 28, 2025, 09:26 GMT | Insight) -- French aircraft-parts maker Safran’s plan to buy part of Collins Aerospace’s actuation business raises concerns for “trimmable horizontal stabilizer actuation systems,” the UK’s antitrust watchdog said today. The Competition and Markets Authority said Safran had conceded those concerns, and informed the regulator of its intention to offer remedies.
