Australian federal prosecutor, antitrust watchdog sign criminal-cartel agreement

( December 18, 2024, 02:56 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Australia’s competition watchdog has signed a new memorandum of understanding with the country’s federal prosecutor, outlining practices when referring a criminal-cartel matter for prosecution under the terms of Australia’s 2009 laws.
