Tharp, Jr. of the Northern District of Illinois of their claims of copyright infringement and fraud on the Copyright Office. Their allegations of fraud on the US Patent and Trademark Office and trademark infringement were held adequately pled to withstand the defendants' motion to dismiss.See attached document....
