Commerce preliminarily finds subsidies provided for Cambodian paper folders

( March 27, 2025, 16:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: Commerce preliminarily determined that Cambodia has subsidized exporters of paper file folders after a 2023 review. Commerce assigned a subsidy rate of 21.53 percent to producer Three Color Stone Stationery, a rate applied to all other exporters. Commerce said it expects to issue a final antidumping and antisubsidy determination by Aug. 4.
