Commerce preliminarily finds subsidies provided for Cambodian paper folders

Commerce assigned a subsidy rate of 21.53 percent to producer Three Color Stone Stationery, a rate applied to all other exporters. Commerce said it expects to issue a final antidumping and antisubsidy determination by Aug. 4.
