Apple says decision in case against Amazon support dismissing iOS Webkit antitrust case

As explained in Apple’s answering brief, the district court here applied the same rule as Hogan, citing the same controlling authority, to find Appellants lacked antitrust injury because the ‘restraint’ and ‘injury’ occurred in ‘distinct markets,’” it said.See attached file. ...
